Kongsgaard Raw Gin emerges from a beautiful collaboration between Danish entrepreneurship and French distilling tradition. Created by husband and wife team Søren and Bettina Kongsgaard, this organic spirit is handmade in Cognac, France, using an open-flame Charentais copper pot still.

At the heart of Kongsgaard lies Danish apples sourced from small orchards on the southern archipelago islands - apples famous for their exceptional flavor developed in Denmark's unique climate. The botanical blend includes chufa roots, liquorice, ginger, coriander, and a truly remarkable ingredient: amber, over 100 million years old, known as 'Viking Gold.'

Inspired by Denmark's wild pine forests, this wheat-based gin achieves a beautiful balance of earthiness and fruitiness, with gentle candied citrus notes and a distinctive forest floor character running from first sip to lingering finish.
